With all of the integrations, I’m guessing that a good amount lead to automatic set up of customer and project tracking in apps like Highrise.

There’s also room for making a really interesting page to show your incoming requests using the API, in lieu of the emails. Forms as in depth as Luc’s would be really interesting. You could use icons for the varied project types, organize the information by your judging criteria, etc.

That will have to go on my weekend project list…
