Since the annual plans are set based on current monthly pricing, the numbers wouldn’t work for you, but that’s okay since you’re welcome to continue using wufoo on your current monthly pricing.

Oh! And thanks for being with us for so long!

For nonprofits who shift from monthly to annual payments, is there an additional savings for those of us falling in that category?

You are prorated anytime you upgrade from one plan to another. So if you signed up for a $29.95 plan this morning, but decided that you really wanted a $259 plan this afternoon, then you would receive a $29.95 discount when upgrading to the annual plan. If you upgraded to a $29.95 plan this morning, but you decided to upgrade to annual plan mid-month, then you would receive about a $15 discount.

If you were just charged your monthly fee and you want to upgrade to an annual plan, you can do it whenever you like. You will receive a discount for any unused days on your current subscription.

If you receive more entries than expected, then you will be charged a one time overage fee of $0.05/entry at the end of the current month. So if you are on the Bona Fide plan and receive 1000 extra entries, then you would be charged a one time fee of $50.

To put it in different terms – If we pay the annual fee for a Bona Fide plan and then have a sudden spike of 10,000 entries one month, does that…
A) Result in an additional charge of $40 to reflect a monthly Carpe Diem plan for that month, or,
B) Result in an additional charge of $340 to reflect an annual Carpe Diem plan for the year, or,
C) Result in an additional charge of “0.05 per entry” as mentioned below the pricing grid, for a total of $350,
or …
D) None of the above?

Should I wait until the end of my current month before changing over, or will I only be billed for the yearly plan at the beginning of my next month?

I am not sure I understand how will it work if you need to upgrade or downgrade later after already having paid for a year. Could you please clarify?

Thank you

For example, we’re content with Bona Fide for what seems like 10 out of 12 months, and then we run a big contest and need the extra entries.

Thanks
