With order of rules so important, there really needs to be a way to re-order rules. Especially since hitting the green “+” sometimes adds a new rule right after the rule where you’ve hit the “+”, and sometimes it adds a new rule at the bottom of the list.

@Mike: that definitely adds to the complexity of the Rule Builder, and inherently increases the odds for bugs and unintended results. But it's a good idea and we'll look into what we can do to make the Rule Builder more robust and extensible.

Is there a way to rearrange rule order via drag and drop?

In the future, will there be a way to mix AND and OR conditions in the same rule ? Some simple rules are impossible to create because we can't specify a "if (X AND Y) OR (X AND Z) SHOW ..." kinda rule. This requires 2 rules showing the same field therefore causing a warning (!).
