I love the view that I get with wufoo reports, but I cannot email directly from there or track emails to and from contacts.

I use streak CRM and love it, it's embedded into my gmail, it's basic but very powerful.

Currently looking at the webhooks and have seen zapier which I'm experimenting with at the moment so I can pull the data from one app to another

@Milt, you can use Zapier to connect wufoo to many CRM's and other services using WebHooks.

Milt - We developed our inhouse CRM in drupal and using wufoo API push in all the data from contact form as columns in a grid. Each entry has an edit/ delete option and once you click on entry you can go inside and update details in a separate screen which we call single entry page. You can also add send invoice and other options inside the single entry page. I will try to see whether I can update some screens as an update to this blog post after contacting wufoo team

I want to see a grid view of all my contacts as records, and all my entities as columns.

Entities/columns would be: Fname, Lname, Course, Date, PaymentStatus, Payee, Agent (select from dropdown)

I want to be able to work from this view: Send emails, sort anyway I choose, create invoice.

I've looked at: zoho, solve360, worketc, maximizer, act, highrise, pipeline, obvibase, insightly, edubrite, google apps.....etc

Everything is either too much or not enough!

@Milt: lots of customers use wufoo as a data feed from their customers to their own internal tools using Webhooks. What are you looking/trying to do?

I am interested to know what your "in-house crm" is. That seems to be the sticking point for me, I love wufoo but I can't find a way to display my data the way I'd like...
