If you visit: http://www.daystar.com/prayer/submit-prayer-requests/ you can see our prayer form in action – its pretty basic, but it gets the job done and people have really enjoyed it. The key to doing something like this is having a staff that can handle the requests, we usually have responded back to a non-emergency request within 4-6 hours (many times sooner) and we haven’t had any problems since rolling this out. We are already receiving about 3-5k a month, our apps are not currently utilizing this system, and once we incorporate those we should see quite a bit of growth there as well.
