Great guide. I’m currently trying to get a checkbox field entry in my notification e-mail subject in order to quickly determine the forms destination. I’ve tried to put {entry:Fieldx) in the subject line but without result.

@Amy: templating is already available for subject line for notification emails. Is there a reason why the entire entry, which is already sent, not enough for notification emails?
