It’s pretty straight forward.

I agree with Marli that it’d be nice to have in the multiple checkboxes, and I’ll add that it’d be nice in the dropdown menu choices as well. The reason I sometimes like to use a Dropdown instead of multiple choice is that if there are a lot of options, it’s cleaner presentation compared to having a giant list of multiple choice. Thanks!
