Can the forms management interface be updated so that different items can be opened in new tabs like the rest of the internet.

Can the forms manager be made properly responsive, not only because its 2016, but also so that the space which could be added can be utilised for more standard – inline – action icons rather than the eye-bending and will-sapping hover interface we have now.
