At our organization we embedded a Wufoo form into a Survey Monkey form in order to send to all required recipients and have SM automatically check off as it’s complete, sending reminder emails to those still incomplete.

However one major issue is that users have to submit both the Wufoo form and the Survey Monkey form and no matter how well we explained this to users we continually had them only submitting one or the other. This meant their Wufoo submission never came through, yet they were marked as complete by Survey Monkey, or the other way around where the Wufoo submission did go through, yet they kept getting reminders from SM and of course couldn’t complete it again (as it was limited to one submission per IP address).

Also Survey Monkey is limited in that our plan didn’t enable a Thank you for Submitting! page when we used the Wufoo imbed, even though Wufoo has that feature.

Long story short, I don’t think this is an effective solution to tracking received Wufoo submissions!

Before purchasing a wufoo plan I had debated on getting SurveyMonkey. Given that you are “cousins” you should consider adopting a pricing plan that recognizes users of either platform providing them a discount to add the other program and carry both.
